“Eight truths of life”

1. Nobody is real in this world expect mother.

2. A poor person has no friends.

3. People do not like good thoughts they like good looks.

6. Truth is simple, But the moment you try to explain it, It becomes difficult.

A philosophy professor once stood up before his class with a large empty mayonnaise jar. He fill the jar to the top with large rocks and ask his students is the jar full?

His students all agreed the jar was full. He then added small pebbles to the jar and gave the jar abit of a shake so the pebbles could disperse themselves among the larger rocks.

Then he asked again “is the jar full now” The student agreed that the jar was still full. The professor then poured sand into the jar to fill up all the remaining empty space.

The students then agreed again that the jar was full. The jar represent your life and the Rocks, pebbles, and sands are the things that fills up your life. The rocks represent the most important projects and things you are doing such as spending time with your family and maintaining proper health. This means that if the pebbles and the sand were lost,the jar would still have meaning. The pebbles represents the things in your life that matters, but that you could live without. The pebbles are certain things that give your life meaning (such as your House,Jobs, hobbies and your friendships),but they are not critical for you to have a meaningful life. These things often come and go, and are permanent or essential to your over well-being.

Finally,the sand represents the remaining filler things in your life and material possessions. This could be small things such as watching television, browsing through your favorite social media site, or running errands. These things don’t mean much to life as a whole and are likely only done to wast time or get small tasks accomplished.

The metaphor here is that if you start putting sand into the jar, you will not have room for rocks or pebbles. This holds true with the things you let into your life.

If you spend all your time on small and insignificant things , you will run out of room for the things that are actually important. In order to have a more effective and efficient life, pay attention to the “rocks” because they are critical to your long-term well-being.

How anger affects our daily life!

Anger is a strong feeling of been upset or annoyed because of something wrong or bad;the feeling that make someone want to hurt others or shout.

3. If you feel out of control, walk away from the situation temporarily, until you are cool down.

4. Try to figure out exact reason why you are angry.

5. Do something physical, such as going for a run or playing sport.

6. Once you have identified the problem,consider coming up with different strategies.

There is a saying that if you don’t control your anger, your anger will control you!!!

5.Say thank you. Express your appreciation for your partner daily can also help even if your partner is just doing their fair share, it is very important to thank them, say thank you to your partner when ever he or she gives a helping hands, always try to appreciate the little things they do for you.

6. Do not lie to you partner. Always try to tell the truth to your partner, never lie to your partner because if he or she discovers the truth your partner may not trust you again and a relationship without trust will not work out .

7.support their interests. You don’t have to bear with your partner interests always. But you should listen to your partner when they share their interests,and give them guilt free time and space to pursue their interests.

8.Do not minimize your partner’s emotions. Not every emotions is adorable for instance ,frustration, anger etc. All this emotions are normal but at time you can learn to control your actions and emotions when ever your partner push you to the wall.
